Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. We suggest that you call your insurance to verify your benefits before you begin services. Once you begin therapy we will submit claims to your insurance on your behalf.

    If you do not wish to use insurance self pay rates are also offered.

  • The initial consultation is $180 and the following sessions are $160.

  • Yes! We offer both telehealth and in-person services. For virtual services we use a secure HIPPA approved platform.

  • Yes, we ask for 24-hours notice if you need to cancel a session. This allows us enough time to offer the spot to another client who may need it.

    My fee for a missed session or late cancellation is the full session rate which will not be covered by insurance.

  • If you are looking for a change in any area of your life then therapy is right for you! We believe therapy is meant to be a unique experience tailored to each individual, and we hope to work with you in order to develop your own journey with therapy.

  • Like any relationship, the relationship with your therapist will take time to build, but this relationship is so important to us. We will take as much time as we need in order to get to know each other and lay the foundation of our relationship.

    In the first session we will ask background questions about who you are and what you hope to get out of therapy. Please feel free to share whatever you feel comfortable sharing.

  • Each session typically lasts 50 minutes. If you feel that we need longer sessions we add additional time at a pro-rated rate.
