Perinatal Counseling

Pregnancy and motherhood is a time in a woman’s life that brings about so many life changes, emotions and new experiences. Many of these new changes can be filled with immense joy, but it is equally as common for individuals to encounter challenges during this time.

Whether you are exploring the idea of parenthood for the first time, struggling with infertility and loss, currently pregnant, or postpartum, perinatal counseling can offer support for you.

1 in 7 women experience perinatal mental health concerns and far too many suffer in silence. Research shows that having a support system consisting of family, friends, doctors and therapists can greatly reduce the prevalence of perinatal anxiety and depression. You do not have to walk this road alone. We would be honored to be a part of your journey in motherhood.
